Relationships are key to getting work done now more than ever!   Today leaders & managers are now expected to be psychologists too; handling a diverse range of communication challenges for which they were never trained.  They are asked to listen to highly emotional employees, resolve a constant barrage of conflicts, motivate a workforce with diverse values and expectations, and create teams out of groups who have only worked as individuals.  Couple that with fewer rewards and consequences being available, and likely fewer employees in general, managers need relational skills in addition to technical skills!

Productive Relationships© has been teaching people these relational skills for over 30 years, across large corporations, small companies and individuals.

What is it:  PR© is an immersive workshop teaching real skills and practical philosophy that allows people to build better relationships, by virtue of the way they handle day to day interactions.  Net, more work gets done with less stress on all.

Practical Skills:  

  • Learn to listen to difficult conversations.

  • Give accurate feedback of both facts and feelings, versus block communication that gets too emotional.

  • Resolve conflict rather than avoid or escalate it.

  • Assess where you are on the continuum of being too responsible to not responsible enough.

  • Experience the power of disclosing information in developing relationships.

  • Increase ability to both give and receive acknowledgment.
